Gait assessment in Penang

Gait assessment: understand how you move.

Wonderwalk's gait assessment in Penang combines walking observation with foot pressure, posture, foot mobility and measurements. The aim is to explain what the movement means for you and what practical next step follows.

Wonderwalk assessment and movement care

Have you noticed a limp, repeated tripping, one foot turning in or out, uneven shoe wear or a walking pattern that has changed?

01

A gait concern is often something you feel before you can name it

You may notice one shoe wearing faster, a child tripping, a limp after surgery, repeated ankle instability or pain that appears only after walking. These details tell us where to look during the assessment.

02

What we assess while you walk

We observe how each foot meets the ground, how pressure moves through the step and how the ankle, knee, pelvis and trunk respond. Foot mobility, posture and measurements help us interpret the walking pattern rather than relying on video alone.

03

What you leave with

We explain the findings verbally and discuss a useful direction. That may be reassurance, footwear guidance, rehabilitation or medical input, or a bespoke solution with a defined purpose. A written report is available for a separate fee.

The RM300 assessment covers foot pressure, gait, posture, foot mobility and a foot blueprint or measurements. We explain findings verbally. A written report has a separate fee. If you proceed with the recommended solution within one month, the RM300 is credited toward it.
