Wonderwalk Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202001037299 (1393620-D)) provides movement assessment and related solutions, including bespoke insoles and scoliosis bracing, from Penang, Malaysia.

Appointments are subject to confirmation. The current movement assessment fee is RM300 unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any applicable deposit, cancellation or rescheduling condition will be communicated before you confirm the booking.

Because bespoke products are made or configured for an individual, the written quotation, order confirmation and applicable consumer law will govern changes, cancellations and refunds.

You are responsible for following fitting, wear, care and review instructions and for contacting us promptly if you experience unexpected discomfort or another concern.

Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit unless noted otherwise. Payment timing and accepted methods will be confirmed for the relevant appointment, product or service. You are responsible for checking the details on any quotation or invoice before payment.

The Wonderwalk name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original media belong to Wonderwalk or are used with permission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that material to you.

This website links to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wonderwalk is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
