Complex and post-surgical needs
Patient-specific solutions after injury or surgery.
Some referrals involve a difficult practical problem after surgery or major injury. For example, a patient may need a heel elevated or footwear modified to accommodate the way they now load the foot. We assess the mechanical requirement, build the orthotic or footwear modification within our scope, document the intervention and keep the referring professional informed so the wider treatment plan remains connected.

Gait and alignment
When walking mechanics, leg-length difference, foot position or lower-limb alignment may be contributing to the presentation.
Orthotic planning
When a patient may benefit from bespoke insoles, footwear modification, a scoliosis brace, custom sandals or a patient-specific orthosis.
Review and communication
When you would like us to measure the orthotic component, document what we do and communicate it back to you as part of coordinated care.

- Scoliosis bracing for clinically indicated cases, including curves over 20° when bracing is appropriate.
- Customised sandals and patient-specific orthoses, including drop-foot orthotics when needed.
